Refund & Returns Policy

We aim to ensure every purchase meets your expectations. If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.


Returns
  • You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

  • Items must be:

    • Unused and in original packaging.

    • In the same condition as when received.

    • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation).

  • Non-returnable items include perishable goods, personal care items, and electronics once opened.


Refunds
  • Once we receive your item, we’ll inspect it and notify you of the status.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days via your original payment method.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective or wrong.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. Contact us within 7 days of delivery.


How to Request a Return or Exchange

Email us at purchase@brainbizzllc.com with:

  • Order number

  • Reason for return/exchange

  • Photos (if applicable)


Note:

Returns sent without prior contact may not be accepted.
We reserve the right to deny a refund if the product is not returned in its original condition.
