We aim to ensure every purchase meets your expectations. If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.
Returns
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Items must be:
Unused and in original packaging.
In the same condition as when received.
Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation).
Non-returnable items include perishable goods, personal care items, and electronics once opened.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we’ll inspect it and notify you of the status.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days via your original payment method.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective or wrong.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
